Terms and Conditions
1 The prices quoted at our website is for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to remote areas may attract extra delivery charge.
2. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without any prior notice.
3. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and different seasons. The Cake design cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on our website.
4. We deliver all 365 days of the year including Sundays and holidays.
5. Orders must be placed before 6 pm for the same day delivery. If the order placed after 6pm will be considered as next day’s delivery.
6. Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted, confirmation will be sent by us.
7. We do not provide you guarantee about the timings of delivery. Our general delivery timings are from 9AM to 8PM. Customers can request specific times of delivery by filling in the special instructions section in the payment form. We will try to honor the customer’s requests to the extent possible, but cannot assure you 100% efficiency. The timings of delivery cannot be guaranteed when there are special circumstances like bandhs, elections, riots, strikes and during some peak rush hours during special occasions like Rakhi, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s day, New Year eve etc. Also on such occasions cancellation of orders will not be entertained.
8.In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.
9.If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery the item will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/colleague unless otherwise specified
10.If the ordered items are refused by the recipient it is considered as an executed order. No refund will be possible.
11.Manipal Flora will make attempt of delivery of the flowers or gifts only ONCE. If the delivery is not executed in the first attempt, due to the following reasons,
- If the premises are found locked
- Improper/wrong delivery address/contact telephone numbers,
- Recipient refusing to accept the Product
the client will still be charged for the order and re-delivery will not be made. We shall consider that the order is being executed.
12.If ordered flowers / cake / chocolates / other hand delivered gift items are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver the available best quality flowers / cake /chocolates / other similar gift items of equal value. We always ensure that full or higher value to our customers in all such cases.
13.In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it prior to 48 Hours before the date of delivery. However in all such cases 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted.
14. Cancellation of orders shall be made with mail with the subject “Request for Cancellation” and send to ordercare@manipalflora.com.
Mail shall contain the following details
- Order ID:
- Cancellation Reason:
- Bank Account details of the Customer.
Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at ordercare@manipalflora.com
15.Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- Order was cancelled.(Before 48 Hours)
b. Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
c. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
16.A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
- Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund
- Any extra amount credited to Manipal Flora account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable
- All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Udupi.
20.Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. In the event the item ordered cannot be delivered on the given date we reserve the right to deliver on next day
- The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
